Graham helps guide people back to their previous level of function using a holistic approach. His focus is on getting people to move as often as their bodies allow, even when injured, as movement is medicine. He is currently embarking on his journey to complete his PHD in fatigue and sleep management strategies for emergency service workers to reduce injury rates. Outside of work he trains for power lifting competitions.
Graham comes from a strength, conditioning and massage therapy background. He has worked with a variety of high demand performers within America including youth, university and professional athletes. He has worked as a performance coach at Adidas North American headquarters where he trained everyone from human relations to the directors. He understands everyone needs to be able to perform their best daily weather it be a mother of 3, a grandparent keeping up with their grandkids or an athlete striving to be drafted.
Graham combines his years of strength and conditioning coaching along with his massage therapy skills into his physiotherapy practice. This allows him to provide the most optional exercises with hands on treatment to regain function for people of all ages and their goals.
